Notarized Documents:

It is preferred that the document is certified from the Secretary of the State in which the notary is licensed. In urgent cases when the customer needs the document immediately, US Legalization will authenticate the signature of the notary, certify this authentication from the MD clerk of the court, MD Secretary of State, US Department of State and the Embassy of Ecuador
 (Does not apply with personal documents)

Documents certified by the Secretary of State, OR Federal Documents (FDA, USPT) :
US Legalization will authenticate the document from the US Department of State and the Embassy of Ecuador

Personal Documents:
All personal documents must be certified by the respective Secretary of State.  Birth, Death, Marriage, divorce certificates,  divorce decrees and any personal powers of attorney must have an extra page attached with the great seal of the Secretary of the State in which they originated. After you get your document back from the Secretary of State we can certify it from the Department of State and the Embassy. If you have an educational document  please contact US Legalization before mailing.

Commercial Documents (C/O & C/I):

Turn around time is : 2 days .  
US Legalization will certify (C/O) OR (C/I) from Chamber of Commerce and legalize the documents from the Embassy of Ecuador in Washington DC.

payments US Legalization prefers to receive payment in the form of a company check or money order.
If the a company check cannot be issued in a timely manner, Visa visa, Master card master card and American Express american express credit card payments are acceptable.
Upon request for billing, pharmaceuticals companies that are registered with the FDA and patent and trade mark offices will receive their invoice with the certified documents
(not applicable for certifications from the embassy of UAE).
